05 iun. TI4DM Enters Work Package 3: Building the „Elevate Digital You!” Platform and App
With Work Package 2 successfully behind it, the Talent Inflow 4 Digital Minds (TI4DM) consortium has now entered its next major phase: Work Package 3, officially launched on 1 May 2026. If the previous stage was about building strong foundations, ideas, content, and partnerships, this new chapter is about giving all of that a home. Over the coming months, Constantin Brâncuși University of Târgu Jiu, Lietuvos Inžinerijos Kolegija, Instituto Politécnico de Santarém, and Goce Delčev University of Štip will work together to bring the „Elevate Digital You!” online platform and mobile app to life, the digital space where everything achieved so far will finally reach students directly.
The platform, accessible via both web and mobile app on Android and iOS, will be built around three interactive sections. A Learning section will host all ten digital courses, translated into every partner language with English and full audio assistance, allowing students to earn an online certificate once they score at least 80% on the final test. An Employability section will feature an interactive map of job and internship opportunities gathered from local stakeholders, letting students apply directly through the platform. A third section will introduce students to the Erasmus+ programme, EU values, and the partner universities behind the project. As an added innovation, the platform will also include an AI powered chat feature designed to help students practice job interviews through realistic role play scenarios, a genuinely forward looking tool meant to boost their confidence and readiness for the labour market.
Behind this ambitious digital product lies a great deal of careful planning. The work package opens with an infrastructure assessment hosted by Goce Delčev University of Štip, resulting in a detailed methodology guide and infrastructure report to ensure the platform is built to last well beyond the project’s lifetime. Development and testing will then be carried out mainly by Goce Delčev University of Štip and Instituto Politécnico de Santarém, with all partners contributing feedback on usability and functionality, followed by the creation of a comprehensive user guide to support both university staff and students in navigating the new tool with confidence.
Technology alone, however, is never the full picture. Work Package 3 also places strong emphasis on people: a dedicated Blended Intensive Programme will train 40 professors from across the consortium in the digital skills needed to guide students on the platform and to enrich their own teaching with non formal education methods, each receiving a Europass mobility certificate for their participation. In the final stretch, all four partner countries will host on site events to promote the project and its EU values, offering students direct support to complete their courses, with an ambitious target of 300 feedback surveys collected and 200 certificates issued by the end of this phase. Combining robust technology with genuine human support, Work Package 3 marks the moment when TI4DM’s vision truly starts to become a tool that students can hold in their hands.
