Talent Inflow 4 Digital Minds

Constantin Brâncuși University of Târgu Jiu (UCB) proudly announces the launch of its new European initiative, the Erasmus+ KA220-HED project “Talent Inflow 4 Digital Minds” (TI4DM), project code 2025-1-RO01-KA220-HED-000355192.
This international partnership brings together four European universities committed to fostering digital literacy, employability, and inclusion among higher education students, including those facing socio-economic or geographical barriers and disabilities.

The project is funded by the Erasmus+ Programme – Cooperation Partnerships in Higher Education, with a total budget of €400,000, and will run for 24 months (September 2025 – August 2027).

What We Aim to Achieve

TI4DM will design and launch an open-source online platform and mobile app called “Elevate Digital You!”, which will host 10 interactive courses covering essential digital and professional skills such as:

  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Cybersecurity
  • Digital Communication
  • Project Management
  • Programming Fundamentals

The platform will also feature innovative tools like an AI-powered interview simulator, an interactive employability map, and a hub of opportunities connecting students with local employers.
Upon completing the courses, students will receive digitally verifiable certificates endorsed by all partner universities.

Key Objectives

  • Strengthen digital literacy and employability among more than 600 students.
  • Build stronger links between universities and the labour market, involving 40 local employers across partner regions.
  • Enhance academic excellence and staff development through joint teaching opportunities.
  • Ensure inclusive access to digital education for all learners.

Expected Results

  • 600 international digital certificates for students.
  • 40 Europass certificates for professors in the Blended Intensive Program.
  • 80 Youthpass certificates for participants in the Social Hackathon and E+ Ambassadors Training Courses.
  • 1 international volume of abstracts published from the final conference.
  • National employability fairs in all partner countries.
  • Broader visibility for Erasmus+ and EU values within academic and regional communities.
