First Transnational Project Meeting (TPM1) Held in Târgu Jiu, Romania

The Talent Inflow 4 Digital Minds (TI4DM) consortium launched its collaborative journey with the first Transnational Project Meeting (TPM1), hosted by Constantin Brâncuși University of Târgu Jiu (UCB) in Romania. Held over two working days, on 11–12 November 2025, the meeting brought together delegations of three representatives from each of the four partner institutions: Constantin Brâncuși University of Târgu Jiu (Coordinator, Romania), Lietuvos Inžinerijos Kolegija (Lithuania), Instituto Politécnico de Santarém (Portugal), and Goce Delčev University of Štip (North Macedonia).

The official programme opened with a warm institutional welcome from the UCB Rectorate, followed by a comprehensive overview of the TI4DM project objectives and Work Packages. Partners reviewed the progress of Work Package 2 activities and aligned on financial, administrative, risk management, and quality assurance procedures, ensuring a shared understanding of the project’s framework moving forward. The afternoon featured a lively networking session between partner universities and UCB students, giving participants a genuine taste of campus life, followed by a Romanian cultural showcase celebrating local traditions.

On the second day, discussions turned to the project’s marketing strategy, visual identity, and dissemination plan, alongside a review of upcoming milestones and deadlines. The meeting also included a memorable study visit to Gorj County, offering partners a chance to connect with the region’s cultural and natural heritage.

TPM1 laid a solid foundation for the two-year collaboration ahead, strengthening the partnership between the four institutions and setting a clear, shared direction for the development of the „Elevate Digital You!” platform and its digital courses. The consortium looks forward to building on this momentum at the next Transnational Project Meeting.
